Whether you are stepping into a new season of life/work, launching a personal project, or taking ground in your current role, scheduling a one-time, or recurring, Strategy Session can help you streamline your next steps. Strategy Sessions equip you with the check-points, mile-markers, and deadlines that you need to advance towards your goals.
My goal is to work with individuals on a quality, one-on-one basis as they grow in their roles. In my current season, I limit the amount of individuals that I work with monthly (sessions are first-come first-served on specific days outlined below).
Spiritual Direction:
Spiritual Directors are trained to walk alongside individuals and groups, providing spiritual care and resources. Much like a midwife is trained in the greater framework of the birthing process, Spiritual Directors are trained in the greater framework of the spiritual formation process.
Spiritual Directors act as co-listeners to the themes in your life, and the invitations you may be noticing for potential next steps. Once my training is complete, I look forward to offering Spiritual Direction sessions to Directees.

What are common topics that can be addressed during a Strategy Session?
Program design, seasonal calendar planning, beginning a new chapter (personally or professionally), challenges to your success, changes to your role (personally or professionally), beginning a new project or business, role-pivots, personal planning and executive function, life council creation, project-based planning, etc
What are the details regarding Strategy Sessions?
Sessions can be one-time or recurring. My goal is to work with individuals on a quality, one-on-one basis as they grow in their roles. In my current season, I limit the amount of individuals that I work with monthly (sessions are first-come first-served on specific days). At this time, all sessions are conducted over Zoom, and are charged at the following rates.
Strategy Sessions Options –
– Single Session (60 min): $175
– Deep Dive (90 min): $250
– Double Session (60 min sessions x2): $325
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance, via email. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged for the session.
