Whether you are stepping into a new season of life, launching a personal project, or taking ground in your current role, Strategic Coaching can help you streamline your next steps. Consistent coaching equips you with the check-points, mile-markers, and deadlines that you need to advance.
My goal is to work with individuals on a quality, one-on-one basis as they grow, and as I grow, as well. In my current season of life, I limit the amount of individuals that I work with consistently to maintain a high quality of service.
Spiritual Direction:
Spiritual Directors are trained to walk alongside individuals and groups, providing spiritual care and resources. Much like a midwife is trained in the greater framework of the birthing process, Spiritual Directors are trained in the greater framework of the spiritual formation process.
Spiritual Directors act as co-listeners to the themes in your life, and the invitations you may be noticing for potential next steps. Once my training is complete, I look forward to offering Spiritual Direction sessions to directees.

What are common topics that can be addressed during Strategic Coaching?
Change in your life season, calendar planning, beginning a new chapter (personally or professionally), challenges to your success, changes to your role (personally or professionally), beginning a new project or business, role-pivots, personal planning and executive function, life council creation, and project-based planning among other things!
What are the details regarding Coaching sessions?
Sessions typically takes place once or twice a month (depending on your schedule), for 60 minutes. At this time, all sessions are conducted over Zoom, and are charged at an hourly rate of $135/hr.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance, via email. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged for the session.
